Had fairly nice stay in this luxury hotel, the staff were really good, location was amazing even in the city centre. Truly enjoyed the way our large and beautifully designed king room with fridge was arranged...

The gentlemen working in the hotel are really nice and ready to support if needed. Understanding of guests problems and readiness to support are really much appreciated and create good memories. Mozarella and salades served in the hotel's cafe is just fantastic. all in all atmosphere in the hotel is nice and friendly.
the only one and minor thing left some room for further improvement is that bed in one-bed room was moving on rolls :) if ones like rolling while sleeping than it's fine. but may be better to fix the bed :) However, it didn't spoil the impression about the hotel in whole.

The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet residential area close to the Euclide station which in turn is one stop away from the sites of Rome or the central underground if you prefer to travel that way rather than on foot. We chose this hotel because it was also ideally situated for the Foro Italico/Stadio Olimpico for the tennis and football. The hotel is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and the staff are friendly and always helpful. Our room was of a reasonable size and very comfortable and we experienced little, if any, disturbance from the other rooms around us. Breakfast was as you'd expect on the Continent with lots of sweet pastries and cakes, tinned fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, very little in the way of hot food but nevertheless fresh and of good quality. Sugary fruit juice concentrate and coffee available from machines but the always helpful waiters do offer to make you a cappuccino or espresso from the proper coffee machine so that's excellent.
Would have preferred more in the way of hot food for breakfast. Quite often once the hot food ran out it was not replaced so you had to settle for cold meats and cheese. Also the waiters didn't really keep on top of stocks of cutlery and plates etc. When they were asked they rectified this immediately but it would have been better if they had kept an eye on these basic things as they went along.

Very friendly staff, cozy and clean hotel, very calm - no noisy neighbours, but it is situated rather far from all sights what is not very good for tourists. On the other hand I rent a car and they gave a free parking place so for me it was very comfortable.

We were upgraded to a room with a huge balcony and a fine view of st peter. Breakfast in the lovely garden had so many options. The area was super convenient with easy bus access to the historical center. The staff, especially lucrezia and april, were friendly and helpful.

The room was very big! The bathtub was a jacuzzi as well. The porter was very helpful and friendly and took good care of our car.
Although we specifically asked for a room with a bathtub, we were initially given a room with a shower. I had to ask the reception again and only then they gave us one. Also, even though it is stated that there is a free shuttle service to the city, the shuttle has never worked during our stay. The wifi costs 7 euro per day.

It is a fine 4 star hotel where u can enjoy a journey to Rome. The great jacuzzi and sauna are a perfect way to end a day after walking around the Rome's churches and ruins . Also the rooms ( at least the one where we stayed ) look good . Staff is helpful and polite , but not going the extra mile. Location is a good one and quite close to public transportation , even though is not that close as one might expect checking on the map.
Even if things were in general as expected there are several things I would enjoyed to know before going there . First of all the shuttle which is included in the hotel service and is supposed to drive u to a central place ( piazza Spania ) might not come in some days . For example we've waited more than 1h for it and still didn't arrived , even though the receptionist told us that it will arrive in 10 min . Again when leaving the hotel a taxi was a better choice since that shuttle was somewhere out there :) . Second thing is breakfast : it's OK , but the same things every day . I won't recommend for more than 2-3 days . Last thing is the metro which seems located quite near on the map , but note that u will have to climb some steps equivalent to 3-4 floors, or take a longer walk. Also the metro from euclid to flaminio is not very often : 15-20 min . On the other hand u have a bus going to termini somewhere nearby , that can also be an option .

I was disappointed with my stay. I expected a room with a balcony, yet I was assigned a standard room instead. It felt unjust, and when I tried to voice my concerns, the front desk staff ignored me completely. It's unacceptable for a hotel to treat paying guests this way, especially when the customer service was lacking throughout my stay.

Lovely boutique hotel, nice comfy rooms and jacuzzi which came in very handy after a long day walking through Rome. Very helpful friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast plentiful with choice of cake, bread rolls, meats and cheese, yoghurts, eggs and bacon, pastries and fruit and again very helpful staff. If possible request a balcony room as this was lovely to sit at night and enjoy some wine after a long eventful day. Definately recommend this hotel to people staying in Rome, although not right in the centre only 1 bus stop away from Termini or 1 train stop away from Piazza del Popolo, or you can walk to most sights in 15-30 minutes depending on where you would like to go.
Decor is a bit dated but not a problem as rooms very clean and this did not stop us enjoying this hotel one bit. All in all I loved this hotel and will definately stay again on my next visit to Rome

Everything! Quiet, clean, beautiful rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to them, especially to the concierge girl that works in the afternoon (we feel so bad for not asking her name). We requested a room on the upper floors with a view of the city, and by golly, we got one on the 4th floor with an amazing view of San Peter's Basilica. Very good breakfast in the morning on a quiet terrace, among orange trees (many thanks to Teodoro, our wonderful waiter, for making the best cappuccinos). The jacuzzi and the sauna downstairs were a life-saver after long hours of walking every day. The location of the hotel was perfect as we could take the bus or the tram to everywhere we wanted to go. All in all, we had an amazing time there! Can't wait to come back. Mille grazie!!!

Why didn't I try this sooner?
This spot was great with a stellar staff and a perfect blend of beauty and comfort. The lovely neighborhood offered peace, while getting to the city was hassle-free. Breakfast was satisfying, albeit with some chaos. Issues with Wi-Fi and service speed need attention. Still, I'd return for the charm alone!
